Year of experience: 10+ years


An ideal candidate for this position will have experience in working on Security product development. The candidate will be well versed with the product lifecycle management. Candidate will have ability to conceptualize and develop solutions.



Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the security SME for security product engineering practice.

  • Develop Proof of concepts/solution approach documents or proposals as needed.

  • Apply domain expertise and innovative ideas to architect/design solutions, evaluate multiple options to meet client's business requirements.

  • Respond to RFI / RFP's, prepare solution documentation and presentations.

  • Design detailed delivery model.

  • Present the solution to the customer during workshops, oral sessions.

  • Lead a project team of engineers involved in development of Client's product.

  • Own the product from the technical angle, covering all aspects of architecture, design & development practices.

  • Be the technical authority of the product while engaging with current/potential customers and external teams.

Recommended Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline.

  • Proven track record in architecting, designing and implementing complex security solutions.

  • Experience with design & architecture using modern design patterns.

  • Experience in Java/J2EE, Web services in a Must.

  • Design detailed delivery model.

  • Present the solution to the customer during workshops, oral sessions.

  • Lead a project team of engineers involved in development of Client's product.

  • Own the product from the technical angle, covering all aspects of architecture, design & development practices.

  • Requires use of a strong background in SW design, documentation and implementation.

  • Exceptional analytical and technology skills, with grounding in architecture design concepts and best practices.

  • Solid understanding of application security topics such as authentication, authorization, encryption, session management, federation.

  • Strong technical foundation in one or more domains such as Identity and access management, API Management, Authentication. Solid understanding of security protocols and concepts such as SSL, PKI, SAML, OAuth,OpenID, Directories.

  • Ability to develop creative technology solutions to business problems.

  • Ability to assume leadership duties in leading implementation and/or design.

An ideal candidate for this position will have experience in building an Inside Sales team ground up. The candidate will have the passion and hunger to strive for success in a fast paced working environment that encourages entrepreneurial mindset. The candidate will be someone looking to build and nurture an Inside sales team that he/she will be proud of.



Responsibilities:


  • Deep understanding of our offerings, prospect streams and industry verticals.

  • Guide the sales intelligence team on the right accounts / segments to prospect.

  • Guide and manage the cold calling team to generate target leads.

  • Understand the prospect's business and present the right offerings.

  • Prospecting the contacts and converting them to qualified opportunities.

  • Meet the targets defined both in terms of lead generation and closures.

  • Mentor and motivate the Inside sales team members.

  • Be well aware of the Information security trends by keeping updated through self-training.

  • Converting the inbound leads generated by the marketing team.

  • Presentation of the proposals to the prospects in along with technical teams.

  • Do commercial negotiations and close the deals.

  • Attend the appropriate conferences and serve as ambassadors for the company as needed.

Recommended Qualifications:


  • At least 8+ years of experience in Software development services in sales function.

  • 3 + years managing an Inside Sales group of top performers selling to businesses from the Enterprise customers to Product companies.

  • 3 + years hiring and training salespeople.

  • Outstanding analytic, organizational and reporting skills.

  • Experience in selling Information security services will a big positive.

  • Experience with US / Europe sales.

  • Proven track record with teams that you have built and managed which have met or exceeded sales quotas.

  • Strong leadership skills that allow you to lead by example.

  • Extensive experience in managing numerous sales campaigns at one time.

  • Smart working with a can-do attitude.

  • Flexible to work extended hours as necessary to close the deals.

  • Able to work with specific revenue targets.

  • Self-driven and motivated.

  • Working in night shifts ( US timings) is a Must.
